Description of Service

StageHQ provides its users with AI-generated staged images through its platform, which users may access and use subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits that produce watermarked preview images for evaluation; purchased credits produce watermark-free images.

User Conduct

By using StageHQ, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to not engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users.
• Using StageHQ for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfering with the operation of StageHQ or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website.

User Content

Users of StageHQ may upload room photos and store the staged images generated using our services. By doing so, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content. Your uploads and generated renders are private by default — they are visible only to your account and are not published, showcased, or shared by StageHQ without your explicit consent.

Staged Images & Property Disclosure

Virtually staged images must not be used to misrepresent a property. If you use staged images in real estate listings, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable MLS rules, advertising regulations, and disclosure requirements — including clearly labeling images as virtually staged where required.

Assets Ownership and License

As long as you comply with the terms outlined in this agreement and any limitations set by law, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes. Any assets created using the Service are owned by you, and StageHQ assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to you for your personal or commercial use for paid users. Watermarked images generated with free credits are provided for evaluation purposes only. Each individual must have their own account, and you are responsible for all activity on your account. If you breach any of our Terms of Service, your right to use our Service may be terminated immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

StageHQ provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no guarantees that any of the assets generated by our AI service will be suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will StageHQ or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. You agree to indemnify and hold StageHQ and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of the user’s use of StageHQ or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms of Service

StageHQ reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes to these terms via email or on the website. Continued use of StageHQ after such changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
