User Content
Users of StageHQ AI may upload and store photos and text generated using our services. By doing so, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content. Users own their assets (generated images and text), and StageHQ AI will make these assets publicly available on the web if user profile visibility is set to "Public".
All images generated by free users may appear in the community page which shows latest design generations for a period of time. These images may be picked to be showcased on other pages on StageHQ AI to higlight good use cases of the website.
Assets Ownership and License
As long as you comply with the terms outlined in this agreement and any limitations set by law, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes. Any assets created using the Service are owned by you, and StageHQ AI assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to you for your personal or commercial use for paid users. Each individual must have their own account, and you are responsible for all activity on your account. If you breach any of our Terms of Service, your right to use our Service may be terminated immediately.
Refund Policy
At StageHQ AI, we strive to ensure our users are confident in their purchase decisions. To help you experience our service, we offer free credits for you to try before buying. As such, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds after a purchase has been made.
